The Green Beast
1 green apple
1 inch knob ginger
5 large stalks celery
1 large handful parsley
5 stalks kale
The Ginger will make this juice pretty spicy, so add or remove as needed.
I love adding Lemon to this one, and sweetening it with a bit of Honey.
It’s almost like an amazing, and Healthy green Lemonade.
Carrot and Green
6 large carrots
1 head romaine
Super simple, and very sweet. This is a good juice to try, if you’re new to the Juicing game.
The lutein and zeaxanthin carotenoids characteristic of carrots are said to help with eye health dramatically.
Add a squeeze of Citrus to shake things up. [;
The Hangover Thang
2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 cup chopped hearts of romaine
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 fresh jalapeño , stemmed and seeded
1 large red bell pepper, cut into eighths
2 large stalks celery, trimmed
1 medium carrot, peeled
Ice cubes (If you want)
An amazing and Spicy juice that kicks the crap out of that Hangover state.
Packed with Vitamins and Nutrients, this juice can revitalize and gives the energy you need.
This is a liquid form of a healthy salad, but with less salt than bottled vegetable-blend juices.
